- Mutton mince - 300 grams
- Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Ghee or oil - for grilling
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, cilantro, and mint leaves.
- Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and almond flour to the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into cylindrical kebabs around skewers.
- Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat and brush with ghee or oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with keto-friendly green chutney or yogurt sauce.
