Ingredients

  • Mutton mince - 300 grams
  • Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee or oil - for grilling

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, cilantro, and mint leaves.
  2. Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and almond flour to the mixture.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into cylindrical kebabs around skewers.
  5. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat and brush with ghee or oil.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot with keto-friendly green chutney or yogurt sauce.
