Ingredients

  • Mutton (bone-in) - 400 grams

  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili (slit) - 1
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Yogurt (full-fat, unsweetened) - 100 grams
  • Keto-friendly korma spice mix - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cilantro leaves (for garnish) - a handful
  • Water - 1 cup

Steps

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the mutton pieces to the pot, searing them on all sides until browned.
