- Green chili - 1 (slit)
- Tomato - 1 medium (chopped)
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Bell pepper - 1/2 medium (finely chopped)
- Spinach - 50 grams (chopped)
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili. Sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, then add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the mutton mince and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped bell pepper and spinach, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
