- Chicken breast - 300 grams, minced
- Fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves - 50 grams, chopped
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Sliced tomato - 1 medium
- Sliced onion - 1 small
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped methi leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, almond flour, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into two burger patties and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
