- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Wash and chop the methi leaves finely, ensuring to remove any thick stems.
- Peel and cube the radishes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the chopped methi leaves and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.
- Stir in the cubed radishes and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the radishes and methi leaves evenly.
- Cover the pan and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the radishes are tender.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
