  • Garlic (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

  • Water - 500 milliliters

Steps

  3. Add grated ginger and minced garlic to the pot, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking for an additional 30 seconds to release the spices' aromas.
