- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Wash the zucchini and cut them into half-moon slices, about 1/2 cm thick.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the cumin and mustard seeds. Sauté for about 30 seconds until they start to crackle.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and stir well to coat with the spices.
