- Coconut cream - 100ml

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to create zoodles.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cumin and mustard seeds, and let them sizzle for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for another minute until golden.
