Ingredients

  • Papad - 2 pieces (40g)
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped (50g)
  • Tomato - 1 small, diced (50g)
  • Cucumber - 1/2 small, diced (50g)
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chat masala - 1 teaspoon (5g)

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the papads one at a time until they are crispy and golden brown, about 30 seconds each. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and add the chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chat masala. Mix well.
  5. Top each crispy papad with the vegetable mixture evenly.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Masala Papad!
