Ingredients

  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to make a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade and coat them well. Allow the fish to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
