Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 10-12 minutes until hard boiled, then cool them in cold water and peel.
  2. In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat and add cumin and mustard seeds; let them splutter.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
