  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 300 milliliters
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
