  • Lamb chops - 400 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint - 30 grams
  • Fresh coriander - 30 grams
  • Green chili - 1 (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
