- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
- Oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Wash and finely chop the fresh coriander leaves and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, grated ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add water to the mixture and knead until a thick, smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into small, flat discs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the discs and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
