Ingredients

  • Fresh coriander leaves - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies, finely chopped - 1 (adjust for spice)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Wash and finely chop the fresh coriander leaves and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, grated ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the chopped coriander leaves to the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Gradually add water to the mixture and knead until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into small, flat discs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the discs and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
