- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped pistachios - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk and almond flour over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once the mixture begins to thicken (about 10 minutes), add the erythritol or monk fruit sweetener and continue stirring.
- Stir in the cardamom powder, rose water, and vanilla extract, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes, then divide into two serving bowls.
