Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds - 30 grams
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened) - 30 grams
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
  2. Once the ghee is melted, add the almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds to the pan.
  3. Toast the nuts and seeds for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant.
  4. Add the coconut flakes to the pan and continue to toast for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the coconut is lightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle in the cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, black salt, and coriander powder. Mix well to combine and coat the nuts and seeds evenly with the spices.
