- Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Lettuce - 50 grams, shredded
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the mint yogurt dip by blending the remaining Greek yogurt with chopped fresh mint leaves and a pinch of salt until smooth.
