- Bitter gourd (karela) - 200 grams

- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Wash the bitter gourd thoroughly and slice it thinly, discarding the ends.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced bitter gourd with salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the slices evenly.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add lemon juice. Toss again to ensure all slices are well coated.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the seasoned bitter gourd slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
