- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- Chop the bell peppers, shallots, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.

- Once the seeds start to sizzle, add the chopped shallots, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the shallots are translucent.
