  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Begin by washing the cauliflower, then chop it into florets and blend it in a food processor until it resembles rice grains.
  2. In a large pan or skillet, heat the ghee or coconut oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cumin seeds to the hot oil and allow them to sizzle for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and slit green chili, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and mix well with the onion and spices.
