- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit) - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut oil (for frying) - 200 ml
- Water - 1 cup

- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cream cheese, psyllium husk, baking powder, cardamom powder, and 3 tablespoons of sweetener. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a marble) and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sweetener, 1 cup water, and rose water. Heat until the sweetener dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly. Set aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, gently drop in the dough balls, frying until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the fried gulab jamun and let them drain on paper towels.
- Soak the fried balls in the warm syrup for at least 10 minutes before serving.
