Ingredients
- White fish fillets (like cod or tilapia) - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro (fresh) - for garnish

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, paprika, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). If using a grill, lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Thread the marinated fish pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the fish skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
