- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to create the coating mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and add lemon juice to it.
- Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Next, dredge the egg-coated fish fillet in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated fish fillets to the pan.
- Fry the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with a side of lemon wedges.
