- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 1 cup (adjust as needed)
- Ghee or oil - for cooking
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Adjust water as necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and add a little ghee or oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle using the back of the ladle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more ghee or oil as needed.
