Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 cup (adjust as needed)
  • Ghee or oil - for cooking

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Adjust water as necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.
  3. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and add a little ghee or oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle using the back of the ladle.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more ghee or oil as needed.
