Ingredients

  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - for shallow frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, almond flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  2. Cover the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. After resting, shape the mixture into small kebabs (about 10 pieces) using your hands.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
  5. Fry the kebabs in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
