- Chicken thighs - 400 grams
- Plain Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
