Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, erythritol sweetener, cardamom powder, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat and add the vanilla extract.
