Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts - 400 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut chutney (store-bought or homemade) - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the coconut chutney and lemon juice to the pan. Stir well to coat the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
