- Green chili - 1, finely chopped
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut chutney (store-bought or homemade) - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
