- Canned chickpeas - 200 grams, drained and rinsed

- Tomato puree - 100 grams
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

- Mix in cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.

- Pour in 100ml of water to create a sauce, bringing it to a simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- In a separate pot, lightly sauté the spiralized zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Combine the zucchini noodles with the chickpea sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
