Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies - 1, slit
  • Tomato puree - 100 grams
  • Keto-friendly chole masala spice mix - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Heavy cream - 50 ml
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and slit green chilies; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes until the oil begins to separate.
  4. Add the keto-friendly chole masala spice mix and salt; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Cut the paneer into cubes and add to the pan, stirring to coat with the masala.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and almond flour, mixing until well combined and heated through.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
