- Almonds - 50 grams
- Cashews - 30 grams
- Sunflower seeds - 20 grams
- Pumpkin seeds - 20 grams
- Coconut flakes (unsweetened) - 30 grams
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Steps
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Next, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add 10 curry leaves and stir for a few seconds.
- Then, add 50 grams of almonds, 30 grams of cashews, 20 grams of sunflower seeds, and 20 grams of pumpkin seeds to the pan.
- Sauté the mixture for about 5-7 minutes until the nuts turn golden brown.
- Stir in 30 grams of unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and salt to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well to combine all the spices and flavors.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
