Ingredients

  • Almonds - 50g
  • Walnuts - 50g
  • Pumpkin seeds - 30g
  • Sunflower seeds - 30g
  • Erythritol - 30g
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan on low heat.
  2. Add the ghee to the pan and let it melt.
  3. Once melted, add the almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to the pan.
  4. Toast the nuts and seeds for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until they are fragrant and lightly golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix erythritol, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour the erythritol mixture over the toasted nuts and seeds, stirring well to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the mixture starts to clump together.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
  9. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut into squares or bars.
