- Pumpkin seeds - 30g
- Sunflower seeds - 30g
- Erythritol - 30g
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick pan on low heat.
- Add the ghee to the pan and let it melt.
- Once melted, add the almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to the pan.
- Toast the nuts and seeds for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until they are fragrant and lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix erythritol, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the erythritol mixture over the toasted nuts and seeds, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the mixture starts to clump together.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
- Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut into squares or bars.
