- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomato puree - 150 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, paprika, and salt to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring until well combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
