- 300 grams ground chicken
- 1 small onion - finely chopped (50 grams)
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 inch ginger - grated
- 1 green chili - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro - chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint - chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, green chili, cilantro, and mint.
- Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and coconut flour to the chicken mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, cylindrical kebab around a skewer.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (around 200°C or 400°F).
- Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil and place them on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
