Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground chicken
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped (50 grams)
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 inch ginger - grated
  • 1 green chili - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, green chili, cilantro, and mint.
  2. Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and coconut flour to the chicken mixture.
  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, cylindrical kebab around a skewer.
  5. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (around 200°C or 400°F).
  6. Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil and place them on the grill or in the oven.
  7. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are browned and cooked through.
  8. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
