- Chicken breast - 400 grams
- Greek yogurt - 120 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell peppers - 100 grams (cut into chunks)
- Onion - 1 medium (cut into chunks)
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Once done, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with a side of keto-friendly dipping sauce, if desired.
