  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml)
  • Chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish - optional

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, and almond milk.
  2. Add stevia or erythritol, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  3. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
