Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Cucumber - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams
  • Tomato - 100 grams
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 20 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green chili - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the cauliflower florets for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. While the cauliflower cools, chop the cucumber, red onion, and tomato into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, cucumber, red onion, and tomato.
