Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 25 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 10 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon (for dough)
  • Water - 150 ml (adjust as needed)
  • Ghee - for cooking (as needed)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee to the dry ingredients and mix well until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add water, kneading until a soft, pliable dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  5. Place one dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten it using a rolling pin to form a round disc about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little ghee.
  7. Cook the flattened bhakri for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, adding more ghee as needed.
  8. Repeat the process with the second dough ball.
  9. Serve warm with additional ghee or keto-friendly chutneys.
