  • Ghee - 30 grams
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) - 15 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the almond flour and shredded coconut to the pan, stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture is lightly golden and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the erythritol, cardamom powder, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. When it's manageable, mix in the chopped nuts.
  6. Grease your hands with a bit of ghee and form the mixture into small balls (ladoos).
  7. Let the ladoos cool completely before serving.
