- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the baingan (eggplant) into thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the eggplant slices and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast the eggplant in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the slices are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the roasted eggplant from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
