Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions, green chili, and spinach until the onions are translucent and spinach is wilted.
