- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Paneer - 100 grams, crumbled
- Potato - 100 grams, boiled and mashed
- Cauliflower florets - 100 grams, blanched
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Grate the cauliflower and steam it for about 5 minutes until tender. Let it cool and then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, almond flour, egg, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the cauliflower dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray to form a pizza crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the boiled and mashed potato, blanched cauliflower florets, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until well combined.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the potato-cauliflower mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and crumbled paneer over the pizza.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
