Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut flour - 1/4 cup
  • Ground flaxseed - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil or ghee - for cooking

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a pliable dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chopped fresh coriander to the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  5. Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten it with a rolling pin into a round, thin roti.
  6. Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat and add a little coconut oil or ghee.
  7. Cook the roti for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
  9. Serve warm with avocado, butter, or your favorite keto-friendly dip.
