Ingredients
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Coconut flour - 1/4 cup
- Ground flaxseed - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil or ghee - for cooking
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a pliable dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped fresh coriander to the dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten it with a rolling pin into a round, thin roti.
- Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat and add a little coconut oil or ghee.
- Cook the roti for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
- Serve warm with avocado, butter, or your favorite keto-friendly dip.
