- Rose water - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a small bowl, soak the saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm almond milk for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining almond milk and almond flour over medium heat, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the soaked saffron along with the milk to the saucepan and continue to cook, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens (about 10-15 minutes).
- Once thickened, add erythritol, cardamom powder, rose water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into serving bowls.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
