Ingredients

  • coconut yogurt - 2 cups
  • almond milk - 1 cup
  • saffron strands - 1/4 teaspoon
  • pistachios - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • maple syrup or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • ice cubes - 1 cup

Steps

  1. Soak saffron strands in a tablespoon of warm almond milk for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut yogurt, the remaining almond milk, soaked saffron with its water, maple syrup, and cardamom powder.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
