  • Pistachios - 30 grams, chopped
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Saffron strands - a pinch
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, soak the saffron strands in 1 tablespoon of warm water for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add chopped pistachios, cardamom powder, and salt to the roasted almond flour, mixing well.
  4. Pour in the honey and the saffron-infused water. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to come together.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Once it's cool enough to handle, grease your palms with a little ghee.
  6. Shape the mixture into small round balls (ladoo) of your desired size.
  7. Let the ladoos cool completely before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
