Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, marinate the fish fillets with garlic, ginger, green chili, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated fish and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Remove from heat and flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread the pizza base on a baking tray. Layer the sliced onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers evenly over the base.
- Top with the flaked fish, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and finally add the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
