  • Whole wheat pizza base - 2 (8-inch)

  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onion (thinly sliced) - 1 small
  • Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1/2 medium
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese (low-fat) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, marinate the fish fillets with garlic, ginger, green chili, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated fish and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Remove from heat and flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread the pizza base on a baking tray. Layer the sliced onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers evenly over the base.
  5. Top with the flaked fish, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and finally add the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
