- Mint leaves (for chutney) - 1/4 cup
- Yogurt (for chutney) - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
- Shape the marinated chicken mixture into small cylindrical kebabs, about 10-12 pieces.
