- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1

- Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers (if wooden, soaked in water) - 4
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Take the marinated meat and shape it onto the skewers, pressing it to form kebabs. You can make around 4 kebabs from the mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are fully cooked and have a nice char.
- Serve hot with fresh salad, lemon wedges, and your favorite chutney.
