- Boneless chicken breast - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for better flavor).
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let the kebabs rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
